(Trenton, NC) Jones County is the first in the nation to install high performance photoluminescent fire EXIT signs in all of its school and county buildings. The signs are now in 26 buildings and are paid for by federal stimulus funds. The signs are being supplied and installed by Trenton-based Afterglow, LLC.

The signs will require ZERO energy, need ZERO maintenance, and will provide a more visible exit path during emergencies.
